Real life Barbie and Ken spend more than £200,000 on surgery to transform themselves into their idols

Real life Barbie and Ken spend more than £200,000 on surgery to transform themselves into their idols

A couple splashed out more than £200,000 on cosmetic surgery to transform themselves into a real life Barbie and Ken.
Quentin Dehar and Anastasia Reskoss have had dozens of procedures to make them resemble the plastic dolls.
The pricey treatments and operations have been funded by their parents.
Meanwhile their Barbie and Ken lifestyles are being funded with the proceeds from Quentin's two successful mobile phone shops.
To date their list of operations include two boob jobs, four nose jobs, lip injections, butt implants, cheek fillers, ear reshaping surgery, botox, eye bag removal surgery, fake tanning, teeth whitening, nail extensions and veneers.
The total cost stands them in at £209,000.
The pair, who live in France, are even changing their names to to "Ken" and "Doll" and drive around in a convertible Porsche and take luxury holidays.
University student, Anastasia, 20, who lives in Paris said the pair met at a boat party and she "knew that I'd found the love of my life."
She said she had over 100 Barbies in her collection growing up and has wanted to look like a Barbie since secondary school.
She said: "I just felt like I was never a really pretty girl and I believed I looked very pale too.
"I turned to the Barbies I always loved as a kid. I just loved how tanned and perfect they were.
"I realised that I had always wanted to look like the dolls that I used to play with.
"As you get older, you get to become who you want to be - and now I knew I wanted to become a Barbie.
"I started to learn how plastic surgery could allow me to change into a bronzed and beautiful doll."
Plastic surgery is our passion. We want to spend the rest of our lives together morphing into the dolls we love," he added.

"Our parents don't call us Anastasia and Quentin anymore - they call us Barbie and Ken!"
He said he was inspired by Ken's looks and his dream billionaire lifestyle.
He said: "I aspired to have the flashy cars and luxury designer clothes that my Ken doll had.

Anastasia and Quentin both confessed their plastic surgery dreams to their parents and they happily obliged their wishes.
Aged just seventeen, Anastasia's parents paid to for her to have her first surgical procedure to alter her body, undergoing a £3,250 nose job.
A year later, her parents splurged on a £5,000 boob job to take Anastasia from an already ample 32C to a 32E.
Meanwhile, Quentin's parents splashed £3,000 on a nose job for their eighteen-year-old son. Then at nineteen-years-old, they treated Quentin to Botox injections all over his face which totalled £600.
Anastasia, who is an only child, says: "I felt so much better after my first nose job and boob job - it was like having armour!
"My parents were so pleased with my nose job too. I had always had a tiny, ugly bump on my nose but after the surgery, it was slightly less visible.
However my mum and dad weren't so happy about my boob job. They didn't understand why I would want bigger breasts but they couldn't resist treating me to cosmetic surgery.
"I was a good daughter - I studied hard and did very well at school. At the end of the day, my parents would rather have a teenage daughter who takes care of her appearance than one who takes drugs."
Quentin adds: "I can't describe how much happier I was after my nose job and Botox injections. I felt like I was getting closer to becoming the real Ken.
"My parents love to spoil me and outwardly, they seemed to be pleased about how happy I was with my new look. But deep down, I think they found it hard to see me go off and do something that was 'different' to my face.
"Plastic surgery isn't 'normal' in France. But my mother and father accepted my wishes because they could see that I was intelligent and hardworking.
"I was always going to do well in life and I had a very entrepreneurial spirit. I wanted to make more money so I could get more cosmetic surgery and live the flashy Ken lifestyle.

"So when I was 19, I left university to start my own mobile phone shop in Marseilles. It did well and within a year, I opened a second store. I was getting closer to my plastic dream."

But despite their new-found happiness from their first cosmetic work, the pair felt there was something missing from their lives.

Anastasia says: "After my nose job and boob job, I was getting so much reassurance in my life from my appearance. But I felt that there was a certain joy missing from my life.
Quentin says: "It was the same for me too. I felt I had made steady achievements with my look but I wasn't accomplishing my full potential as Ken."

Then in August 2013, 18-year-old Anastasia's and 20-year-old Quentin's lives changed forever when they both went to the same boat party in Saint Tropez.

Quentin says: "We were both at a big boat party about two years ago. I was on the dance floor and suddenly, I saw Anastasia. She was only 18 at the time but she was so beautiful.

"Anastasia looked back at me and we couldn't stop staring at each other. I loved what she was doing with her look, she had her classy aura about her."

Anastasia says: "The very moment I saw Quentin, I fell madly in love with him.

"Quentin came up to me. He told me how gorgeous I was and I complemented him on his look.

"Then Quentin said to me, 'I've found the Barbie to my Ken.' It was amazing.

"We spent the entire night talking about how much we loved Ken and Barbie and our passion to become just like them through surgery.

"I was so happy to find someone with the same character and soul as me."

Quentin adds: "I couldn't believe I had met someone who was trying to achieve exactly what I wanted to.

"We discussed all the cosmetic treatments we wanted and what luxury designer labels we liked.

"Before we met, Anastasia and I had already started the process of becoming Ken and Barbie but now we had both found a partner who would enable us to reach our full potential.

"Together, we could become the ultimate French Barbie and Ken. We were pure class."

After their first meeting, Anastasia and Quentin immediately became a couple and were inseparable.

Quentin says: "The next week, we went on holiday together and I took Anastasia to my childhood chateau to meet my parents.

"We exchanged presents. My mum and dad were absolutely delighted with her."

After getting together as a couple, Quentin and Anastasia pushed each other to become the Ken and Barbie they had always dreamed of being.

The pair drove each other to make drastic changes to their diets and they also took on strict exercise routines.

All dolled up: A Barbie doll is the look Anastasia is after
Anastasia says: "Of course, I had always been in to my appearance but when I met Quentin, my transformation into Barbie really began.
"As soon as we got together, we started advising each other, pushing each other to be better.
"We changed our diets completely, cutting out meat and all processed foods.
"Now we both only eat fish and vegetables at every meal whether that's breakfast, lunch or dinner.
"Quentin also convinced me to hire a personal trainer. I work out with him several times per week.
"And Quentin encouraged me to quit alcohol. We don't drink, smoke or take drugs.
"Quentin sometimes drinks champagne but for me, it's just litres of water throughout the day.
Quentin adds: "Together, Anastasia and I live very healthily. We're very active too - I jog all the time.
"Because of the changes we've made to our lifestyles, I wear clothes in very small sizes.
"The underwear I wear is designed for 10 to 12 year olds and I'm 23 years old! It's so impressive isn't it?
"I'm so proud of what we've achieved together. We have the shapes of a real Barbie and Ken."
But most importantly, the twosome encouraged each other to undergo extensive plastic surgery so they could further transform into Barbie and Ken.
In 2014, Anastasia splurged £5,000 of her parent's money to undergo a second boob job to take her to a 32GG.
And earlier this year, Anastasia had a second £3,250 nose job to emulate Barbie's pinched nose as well as £4,000 butt implants.
Meanwhile Quentin had a second £3,000 nose job. He also spent £400 on eye bag removal surgery, £500 on pinnaplasty (ear pinning) and £5,000 on veneers that exactly matched Ken's teeth.

In the last two years, Quentin has had 8 rounds of 1ml lip injections whilst Anastasia has had 4 rounds - spending £300 a time - to match their dolls' luscious lips.
Quentin and Anastasia have also had three sets of cheek fillers each and over 10 Botox sessions between them - setting them back £350 each time.
The twosome also pay £500 to have their teeth whitened every six months. They also regularly splash their cash on numerous beauty treatments.
Anastasia spends over £800 per month on facials, hair extensions, fake tanning and nail extensions.
Whilst Quentin blows £400 per month on anti-aging treatments, haircuts, facials, fake tanning and hair removal.
In a mere two years since they met, Quentin and Anastasia have splurged a staggering £63,150 so they can look more like their toy idols - but the pair still hope to undergo more surgery.
The long list of surgeries that the pair has planned include pectoral implants and Botox for Quentin as well as a further breast augmentation, eye bag removal surgery, ear reshaping and veneers for Anastasia.
Anastasia says: "It's so wonderful because Quentin and I have made all our cosmetic changes together and we look more like Barbie and Ken than ever.
"We complement each other. He's made me a better person and he's my best friend. Quentin brings an amazing love to my life.
"When we go out together, everyone looks at us and call us the French Barbie and Ken!
Quentin says: "Wherever we go, everyone is interested in us. We co-ordinate our clothes, we're very classy. We're not a vulgar Ken and Barbie.
"I wear my Ken polo shirt with tight trousers whilst Anastasia dons a designer Barbie-style dress.
"We adore designer labels like Dior, Gucci, Chanel, Hermes. Anastasia's parents have bought her over a dozen Hermes Birkin handbags which cost £7,000 each."
They say they want to spend the rest their lives together, have more surgery and get married and have children.
Anastasia explains: "People sometimes get jealous of our amazing lifestyles. They don't make fun of us but they can say mean things behind our back.
"Plastic surgery is a really taboo thing in France, it's not accepted here like it is in America for example.
"Quentin and I want to start a plastic surgery revolution! Everyone can be beautiful and everyone can improve themselves with cosmetic work."
