Max Horton, 91, shoots at gardner over grass clippigsn
A 91-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested after shooting and threatening to kill gardners because he had grass clippings on his car.
ABC reports that Florida resident Max Horton started arguing with landscaper Robert Hendrix, 39, and pulled out a gun, ordering Mr Hendrix to get on his knees.

Horton told Mr Hendrix he was going to kill him.
A fellow landscaper, Johnny Barnes, 53, made a move towards Horton, prompting the elderly man to fire off a shot toward Mr Hendrix.
As Horton looked at Mr Barnes, Mr Hendrix reached up and grabbed the gun off him.
Both men crash tackled Horton to the ground.
Horton needed medical attention but was stopped from being admitted to Florida Hospital after a September 2013 incident where he threatened staff members, saying he would go out to his vehicle and get his gun.
Horton has now been charged with attempted first-degree murder over the grass clipping incident.
