New year, new you – how to be happy


What is top of your list of New Year's resolutions for 2016? Get more exercise? Eat better? Spend more time with your kids? Find a full career? How about tick and just be happy? Unfortunately, you can not just 'happen' happy. Happiness is often an indirect impact on our actions and our way of thinking. However, the good news is that even make minor adjustments to help us achieve that elusive state we all seek.
